The Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort was designed to flow with the surrounding nature, boasting elegant, contemporary Balinese furnished bungalows, villas and casitas with ceiling fans, air conditioning, Egyptian cotton sheets, linen service, private open-air showers, creative bathrooms, and outdoor seating areas.
Begin your day with a refreshing outdoor shower or a sunrise dip in the salt-water infinity pool. Soothing fountains and waterfalls guide you through the local fauna on your way to breakfast or the gym. All rooms have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and modern amenities abound.

In addition to daily yoga, you’ll have ample time to enjoy many of the activities and excursions that Bodhi tree offers including surf lessons, stand up paddle boarding, zip-lining, conservation tree-planting projects, and nature time. Tours & excursions are an additional, optional expense.

Bodhi’s meals are served buffet style next to the pool. Choose from a delightful and healthy assortment of fresh, colorful, locally grown and prepared dishes with traditional flavors. The kitchen can accommodate most dietary considerations.

Enjoy strolling through Bodhi’s eight acres of landscaped gardens with exotic flowers, 100-year-old Guanacaste and Pochote trees, waterfalls, and gentle streams that inspire meditation and reflection. Plan Your Trip to the Resort
The two international airports in Costa Rica are Liberia International Airport (LIR) and San Jose International Airport (SJO). The drive from Liberia Airport to Bodhi Tree in Guiones will take about two hours. From San Jose, the drive will take four to five hours.
Shuttles from Liberia are easily arranged and we are happy to match you with others who have similar travel itineraries. Cost is roughly $40-$150 each way depending on how many others are flying at similar times to you. Travel Insurance
In the event that you need to cancel because of unexpected circumstances, we strongly recommend that you protect your investment at the time of registration with Travel Insurance within two weeks of booking your trip. Please make very certain that the dates and time commitment to this retreat will work for you before sending any payment and then protect your investment with travel insurance.
Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy
If you cancel on or before May 31, 2023:
You will forfeit your 2 installment payments
You will be responsible for an additional $100 Cancelation Fee.
If you made any payment other than the 2 installment payments before that date, however, the remainder of your payments will be refunded to you (i.e. after deduction of the above amounts).
If you cancel after May 31, 2023 (for any reason including, without limitation, physical or mental illness or injury, voluntary departure, and personal emergencies):
You will not be entitled to any refunded amounts, and
You will be responsible to pay an additional $100 Cancelation Fee, and
You will forfeit all payments paid before that date.
This Cancellation Policy is firm and there are no exceptions. Please see COVID refund policy below for COVID-19 specific cancellations.
No pro-rata refund is available for late arrivals, early withdrawals, or dismissals with cause.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: We understand that due to COVID-19, travel conditions and restrictions beyond our control are a possibility.
In the event that Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort or Amy Ippoliti may cancel due to COVID-19, or in cases where COVID-19 travel restrictions make travel to Costa Rica prohibited by the Costa Rican government, participants may receive a full refund of any tuition balance paid; however, even in such case, deposits will continue to be non-refundable. In such an event, the amounts of any deposits paid will be provided as a credit applicable to a future Amy Ippoliti or Vesselify retreat, workshop, or online course.
Cancellations for reasons other than specified will be subject to our standard Cancellation and Tuition Refund Policy.
Please note that the COVID-19 Cancellation Policy does not apply in the following cases:
Participants who choose to withdraw over general concerns, anxieties related to COVID19.
Local city or state virus conditions that fall short of prohibiting travel.
Any regional quarantine requirements that may apply to your return (early or otherwise).
Cancellation due to failure to comply with Costa Rica entry requirements.
