Join us for this live workshop with Amy Ippoliti.

This 60-minute educational webinar integrates contemporary nutrition science, human physiology, and embodied yoga practice to examine aging as a dynamic, adaptive process rather than a problem to be fixed. Led by Amy Ippoliti, a master yoga teacher currently completing her graduate certificate in nutrition at Tufts University, the session explores how nutrition and movement interact at the level of physiology—addressing muscle preservation, metabolic health, inflammation, recovery capacity, and nervous system regulation across the lifespan. Drawing on current research alongside yoga’s emphasis flexibility, mobility, and wellbeing, the webinar offers a grounded, evidence-informed framework for supporting vitality, strength, mobility, and resilience with age. The presentation concludes with a live Q&A, allowing participants to engage directly with the material and its real-world application.

This webinar is free for all live participants. A recording is available for annual members on Glo. Click here for more information about membership and to sign up for a seven day free trial on Glo.
