Practice your way to a more vibrant future.
Join us for Farm to Mat, a summer yoga series with Amy Ippoliti held on some of Boulder’s most inspiring regenerative farms in July, August, and September.
September’s gathering takes place at Farm 49, a living example of regenerative stewardship, love for animals, and the largest producer of superfood powerhouse, Sea Buckthorn berries in Colorado — a berry that Amy now swears by as part of her health routine.
For the last three years she’s been adding these amazing berries to her smoothies and — as her hair stylist of almost two decades can attest — her hair has become thick again like when she was in her thirties!
In addition to the natural high you’ll get from sea buckthorn, be ready to enjoy a 90-minute morning yoga class with Amy that blends intelligent sequencing, alignment instruction, holistic movement, meditation, and grounding in their open-air shaded grove, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the land.
In addition:
Discover reflections from farmers, Nadia Artman and Colter Hoyt
Get your steps in by exploring the farm
Dig in to hands-in-the-soil experiences
Delight in vibrant sea buckthorn berry juice and refreshments
Shop the farm for frozen and dried sea buckthorn berries to last through the winter, as well as their delicious sea buckthorn fruit leather
…all in great company.
Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or new to the mat, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and more deeply attuned to the earth and your place within it.

Why this Series?
As the challenges facing our planet grow, true regeneration must start from within. Regenerative agriculture isn’t just about farming methods - it’s about restoring the deep, often forgotten bond between people and the Earth. It asks us to see ourselves as part of a living, interdependent system, where healthy soil and thriving ecosystems reflect the health of our communities and our own inner lives. This movement invites us to move beyond sustainability, embracing a holistic path that nurtures not only the land, but also the hearts, minds, and well-being of all who depend on it.
Yoga and meditation offer powerful tools to support this inner regeneration - helping us slow down, reconnect, and align our personal well-being with the healing of the Earth.
